Apartment well located in module 8, 300 meters from the beach. Ideal space for families seeking tranquility and security. The apartment has full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, crockery and basic utensils), washing machine, dining room, lounge (with 50 "TV), air conditioning (living room and bedrooms), WiFi and gourmet space with barbecue.

The building has beach service, which is available 1 table, 1 umbrella and 4 chairs (two low and two high).

For your convenience, the building provides ice service, the amount of ice varies according to season / demand, having the possibility to remove on average 2 bags daily, just remove at the concierge.

In addition the building has swimming pool for adults and children, gym, games room and sports court.

We hosts live in Americana, SP, so we will be available and assist you with your stay through our WhatsApp.
Key deliveries are made directly to the building at the concierge desk, you will receive all basic apartment guidelines after booking confirmation.

You must bring toiletries, tea towels, bed linen and towels for the stay.

We will send the directions after the booking confirmation, guidance such as turning on the gas and the heater of the apartment, this is a quick and easy procedure.
