"It was a lovely charming apartement with a cozy and comfortable bed. It's a bit cold this time of year but there was a thoughtful little heater and big wool blanket in the room in addition to the radiator which was very warm. Great sleep! Lovely space and everything feels quite walkable here in Siena."

"Lovely historic building right in the walls of the old town. A really special place. The fridge in the room was a special touch. We are walking the via Francigena. I wish we had more time to explore the town."

"Incredible location!!! The owner is so lovely and took alot of time to explain the area, give recommendations. She takes pride in her business and making sure her guests are well taken care of. She called our taxi, then walked with us and stayed until we got in. The rooms are beautiful! The only thing was the elevator with the grated platform you must walk across to get to the door really made us feel uneasy. Would absolutely stay here again though! "

"Fantastic location. Beautifully decorated rooms and property manager was always available and helpful. The property lists that it’s a bed & breakfast lodging but no breakfast was included."

"As advertised there is no desk personnell but when you call to gain access they semm to be very confused and send you around the property, with your luggage and no lift, up and down until they decide where you need to stay. Also very rude and unprofessional in the way they answer. Last but not least the room was filled with rubbish from the previous occupiers, apparently they not only don't pay staff on site but neither they do with cleaning staff"

"Excellent location in the centre of Chianni, which was perfect for exploring the local area and eating out. The staff were all very friendly and the continental breakfast was nice. There was a small refrigerator in the room and if there was just one extra small thing that would have been nice, it would have been some coffee making facilities in the room itself. Overall a lovely stay with the brilliant restaurant to dine at."

"Our family had a comfortable stay here. Everyone we came in contact with was very gracious and helpful. The property is located just a few minutes away from the center of town, and is easy to access through one of the city gates. Town is lovely and well worth a visit!"
