Villa Casa Grigia is situated in an idyllic location close to the coastal town of Biograd na Moru. With its diverse entertainment offerings and picturesque surroundings, the villa is undoubtedly a very unique vacation villa. You will enjoy even the hottest summer days in a relaxed manner, as a wonderful refreshing pool with hydromassage forms the center of the property. There are sun loungers around the pool where you can relax with a refreshing drink. If you like to play mini-golf, you have your own mini-golf course at your disposal. The separate 40m2 property with barbecue, dining area and a pool table is also at your disposal to gather with your loved ones and spend unforgettable evenings. Take the opportunity to prepare delicious meals on the barbecue. If you enter the interior of the villa from the outside area, you will find an open, tastefully furnished living area with dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The villa sleeps a total of 6 people in 3 comfortable bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is located on the first floor and 3 further bedrooms are located on the second floor. Each of the smartly furnished bedrooms has its own modern bathroom, air conditioning and TV. You won't be able to wait to spend your vacation at Villa Casa Grigia! Villa Casa Grigia is located in a small village called Tinj, near the coastal town of Biograd na Moru. The "white town by the sea" offers beautiful beaches and bays, numerous restaurants and taverns where you can enjoy the excellent Dalmatian cuisine, as well as the Fun Park Mirnovec, if you want additional activities for your family. The location of the villa provides an excellent starting point for excursions. The coastal towns of Zadar and Sibenik, which are both just a short drive away, invite you to take a day trip with their rich history and numerous sights. Zadar is a historic city and offers a combination of sightseeing, gastronomy and beaches. The old town, which is located on a peninsula separated from the new town, is very special. The "Sea Organ" and the so-called "Greeting to the Sun" are well known. Square, which are located directly on the promenade. Book the special Villa Casa Grigia and be enchanted by Dalmatia!

Wir haben unseren diesjährigen Jahresurlaub im August in der Casa Grigia in Tinj-Kroatien verbracht. Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen (Familie) und was sollen wir euch sagen...es war einfach nur genial! Ein so gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus haben wir in den letzten 20 Jahren noch nirgendwo angetroffen.Die Lage vom Haus abseits vom Touristentrubel, was uns überhaupt nicht gestört hat und welcher in 15 Autominuten in Biograd nM oder Paktostane zu erreichen war. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenso (Aldi, Kaufland und Plodine) In Pakostane sei die Konoba Pakostane und die Pizzeria Victoria zu empfehlen. Fussläufig vom Haus gibt es keine Konoba oder Restaurants, aber eine Olivenfarm mit Weinverköstigung. (Olivenöl natürlich auch). Vom Haus aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Vrana See, den man auch mit dem Auto besuchen kann. Ebenso die Krcka Seen- waren aber sehr teuer. Wir hatten mit dem eigenem Infinity-Pool, dem Billardtisch und der eigenen Minigolfanlage den Tag auch so immer schnell verlebt.Alles in allem war es ein wirklich toller Urlaub und somit eine 100%tige Weiterempfehlung dieser Casa.Sehr netter Kontakt bezgl. An--+Abreise. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit über Handy zu erreichen.
