Lovely ,peaceful environment. Beautiful pool area. Unfortunately on the first evening the bbq pork wasn't cooked. When I told three different members of staff.. Said sorry and shrugged their shoulders

It’s a little out of Benidorm and you need a taxi to get down town. Taxi is about 12 euros. View from the room is beautiful. We liked the tile floors and design of our room. There were plenty of options in the breakfast buffet. Staff was cheerful and helpful.

Fantastic hotel & a great location for seeing the beaches, towns & the interior of that area. From the moment we were greeted by the gatehouse team, to the reception, catering & cleaner staff, they were all great ambassadors for the company. Apart from one luke warm bar meal and an influx female under 19 football teams who were noisy at times, I would still thoroughly recommend this hotel. PS double check what you have booked in terms of a Mountain or Sea view.
