Once we got a human all was cleared up. However it would be good if the manual were to be updated. Bed comfy. "We instantly felt at home in this holiday house – and so did our dogs! Everything was super clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed - and much more. The fully fenced garden was a big plus, so our dogs could run around freely.There were even bowls, towels, and some treats for the dogs (and also for us)– such a thoughtful touch! "We stayed in the barn at the end of the driveway. It has its own private patio and use of the grounds and pool. The barn itself was clean and well equipped with views across the countryside. The check-in was non-contact which is perfect for me as I'm clinically vulnerable. The welcome box was a nice touch. A perfect, peaceful place to relax while visiting family in the area. "

"very close to the beach, just over the road, its better less stony if you walk about 10 mins to the right, about 5 min walk to reception, lodge is located in a quiet park of the park, I always take a tv as my son is socially anxious, and didnt leave the lodge at all, until we left, I felt it would of been useful to have a tv in the double room, as my son took over the only tv, with his xbox, and i got sent to my room, to watch tv, it was nice having the decking outside, could do with outdoor...

"The barn is beautiful and Burwash is wonderful, the only minus is the access road to the barn it is off road, full of potholes and single track for about half a mile with only one passing point. Please don’t take a sports car down the Lane. If you can walk to the pub it is much better, however I would only recommend this in the summer. We have a large sports saloon and the Lane was something of a challenge. On saying all this I can recommend the beautiful, barn the views are magnificent. We...
