"The house was spacious with plenty of sleeping accommodations. Unfortunately no ice maker or coffee provided. Every VRBO I’ve stayed in had k-cups. The sofa in the TV room was worn and stained, and the screened in patio was in need of power washing and cushion replacements for the sofa. The dock area is also in need of repair to make it an enjoyable spot. The neighborhood is quiet and the water view was nice,just needed some maintenance to make it more ideal for our party. "This was a nice get away for my husband and I. The house was clean. Beds were comfortable. House stayed cool. Water view and sitting area was giving the vibes we were looking for. We fished some at the house but it was shallow. We actually went 5 min down the road and found great fishing at the near by park. I definitely need this screen in porch at my house. I loved it. Definitely would stay here again and referrer others. "
