"We stayed for 2 weeks, whilst the rest of the country had a heat wave, we had a couple of nice days and the rest was misty and windy. However, the house exceeded our expectations being warm, comfortable and had everything you could need - really high quality furnishings etc. Fantastic views from the house and the patio area and walks from the doorstep. "From the moment we arrived in Glendale, we were greeted by Engela, the most lovely host you could imagine. She is so kind and helpful and had even left chocolates and wine-much appreciated! We didn’t have the best of weather, but the accommodation made up for it. Skye is the most beautiful island and I would recommend this home to anyone. Our two dogs especially loved the fabulous, secure gardens. Many thanks. "

"Best family holiday for years. Nice touches here and there. If you arrived with nothing in the middle of the night you’d cope what with the spare/extra food and household essentials. Great to not have to be concerned about bedding or towels. Sorry we ended up with 3 towels in our laundry. Will launder and return. The views are amazing. The loch warm enough to swim in. And fish. Don’t know about the rules of the latter but we caught nothing anyway. The beaches are somewhat amazing- even though...
