This 1 bedroom ground floor apartment is situated in the heart of Benalmadena and is only a minutes walk from the beach. The secure gated complex offers a pool with a separate kids pool, which is easily accessibly from the apartment by going through the glass doors opposite the apartment and out onto the grassed pool area. From here you have a view of the sea and the beach, which can be accessed through the complex gate, down onto the promenade.

There is a well equipped American diner style kitchen. Leading from the kitchen is the dining/lounge area which offers a high dining table & chairs, a leather sofa & a 50" smart TV where you can log onto your favourite apps for TV, music and games through the free WIFI. Leading off from the lounge is the terrace with a further dining area. The bedroom benefits from a king sized bed, fitted wardrobes & a 32" smart TV. the shower room is located next to the bedroom. Overall nice place to stay

Although the apartment overall was clean (except for the sofa which had lots of stains but covered with a blanket) the place needs a lick of paint. Some of the walls were dirty. Having said that it’s in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Pool area nice but no chairs or sun beds and none provided with the apartment.
