It is located close to all the tourist attractions and steps away from many, many fun restaurants, shops and sights. While the location is on a busy square, there was almost no noise. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean and well set up. The communication from the owner was excellent with suggestions for where to go, what to eat (dine in and out). I would highly recommend.
