Banheiros sem sistema de exaustão que compromete a intimidade do casal e falta de aramado no banheiro que dificulta, em muito, o uso de shampoos e condicionadores.

Hotel muito bom, porém: o serviço de copa/cozinha é terceirizado e o hotel "lava as mãos" quanto ao serviço; cama pequena e de qualidade inferior ao padrão do hotel; o frigobar não é abastecido. O hospede, se quiser água (ou outra coisa), deve sair do quarto, ir ao hall e COMPRAR o que desejar, a preços fora da realidade; localização de difícil acesso e em local "perigoso"; hotel (copa terceirizada) não cede talheres, copos ou pratos, caso o hóspede prefira se alimentar dentro do quarto; POR OUTRO LADO: tv de 40 polegadas; ar condicionado "split"; banheiro limpo de padrão superior; e instalações modernas.

Quando chegamos a cidade nenhum taxista queria nos levar e o único que se propos disse q o hotel ficava na Cracolândia. Qdo reservamos disseram q tínhamos direito ao café da manha o q não foi verdade, pois, tivemos q pagar. Por sinal, o café da manha tinham Paes secos e roscas com gosto de estarem velhas. O jantar do restaurante terceirizado cobrou por pratos completos e nos serviu incompletos. Então, não voltaremos!!!

Foram 3 dias. As dependências do hotel são novas. O staff atencioso e educado. O local onde está situado é bem ermo. Está situado bem próximo do centro de Bh. Tem uma estação de BRT em frente. Mas está mais distante do aeroporto de Cofins.

Gostamos muito de ficar no hotel atendeu minhas expectativas, usei para me arrumar( noiva) para o meu casamento e também para passar a noite. A unica coisa que não gostei, foi que apos a festa queria tomar um banho e a água não estava quente tive que tomar frio! Fora isso tudo Ok! Recomendo e com certeza voltaria de novo!

Era um dia muito movimentado por causa do concurso.Achei o edredon sujo com manchas que parecia não ter sido lavado, somente embrulhado. Como era dia muito cheio não quis reclamar, principalmente porque antes tinha ligado para a recepção para perguntar sobre o telefone do quarto e o rapaz me disse que estavam muito ocupados...

Hotel novo, mas quarto super apertado. O melhor do hotel é o restaurante e o preço do almoço. Mesmo no 14 andar tinha barulho de cachorro latindo, acho que deve ter algum canil nas proximidades. Outro ponto negativo é não ter serviço para realizar ligações se necessário for.

Escolhi um hotel próximo ao centro para tentar evitar usar carro, pegar um ônibus talvez, mas a vizinhança do hotel não permitiu, parece a "crackolândia"
