"Very clean and well equipped. There are lots of steps but not steep. Easy to find and close to Target and Cub. Our group of 5 college friends celebrating our 80th birthdays and 4 husbands. It was very comfortable and fun to be there together."

It also sits up high off the street so it's fairly quiet. I would advise you to be very hesitant about renting this house in the summer. The AC units are only in the bedrooms. The kitchen and living room are almost unusable in the late afternoon and early evening. The room AC units work, but they are terribly loud. If...

"This property makes you feel like you’re in the country but you are just a mile or so from anything you could possibly want. The lower unit of the house was our temporary home while we attended a wedding at the Arboretum nearby. It was just what we needed and was very welcoming. The owners, who live upstairs, had provided snacks and drinks for our arrival and all amenities were top notch including the Dyson hair dryer and sleep number bed. We greatly enjoyed our stay."

The location was residential but very close to Eden Prairie Center shopping mall, Chanhassen Theatre and restaurants. Communication with property manager/owner was very attentive with quick response.
