Rustico with lake view of new renovation, located "on that branch of Lake Como", ready to welcome you in an environment of total relaxation!
The house is located in a small village above Bellano, Nearby you can find various activities such as kitesurfing, hiking, beaches equipped for a dip in the lake.
Ski resorts and cities like Lecco, Como and Milan just a few kilometers away. In the house you will find musical instruments available to guests.
You just have to book!

It is ready to welcome you. The house is reachable from the center of Bellano by car or bus in about 7 minutes. Walks, kitesurf, dive into the lake or ski resorts are avaiable for your fun. Are you an artist? Music instruments available to our guest! Get your reservation!

The artist's house is located along the trail of the traveler (a trekking route surrounded by the characteristic and unique nature that runs along Lake Como), and can be reached from the town center in 7 minutes by car, by bus or on foot. 25 minutes if you are a good walker.
Bellano offers a wonderful beach with swimming pool.
Do not miss the visit of Varenna (a beautiful, colorful village just 10 minutes by car or train from Bellano) of the horrid, a natural gorge that can be walked on thanks to suspended walkways attached to one of the canyon rock walls.


The path of the walker path (aka the Wayfarer Path), a trekking trail nestled in nature, a lake and a lake. Bellano offers a wonderful equipped beach, as well as a pool. Not to be missed the view of the "Orrido" (aka the Horrid): a natural gorge to the canyon.

Great place and great views!

A really nice flat with everything you would need for a stay in the area! Great views of Bellano and Lake Como too, and the price was more than reasonable. If you do stay here without a car, be aware that the walk up from the town is very steep, I underestimated this a bit!
