"The hotel was fine. I have a request to Expedia directly however. For all Chinese hotels, you should provide the Hotel name and hotel address in Chinese on the Hotels.com itinerary. If you show the taxi driver "Fairmont Beijing" with address (in English) at the airport, they have no idea what it is... Expedia needs to improve this.
