"The property was amazing, a beautiful place and the owners were such nice people. Especially the little cat who made us feel at home. Would recommend to anyone. "

"Huge place and comfortable enough. TV has no signal and there was no sign of a wifi code and no connection that I could make, so pointless having a tv in the place as not useable. Rooms were comfortable and big, bathroom is very nice too, shower needs some attention though as the top head is so limescales it sprays over the top of the shower and on to the floor, and there is some bad mould on the base, door runners also not working properly. "Staff was kind and replied promptly via whatsapp. The hardware of the apartment was good but software need to be improved. Staff was prepared the bed linen and towel for us but all with wrinkles seems not tidy and the size was not fit. No tissue at apartment and the heater was not functioned well, we need to ask for help but need a long time for attending us."

"Was ok but disappointed no bedding whatsoever so difficult to sleeping otherwise fine"

"Lovely place but needs TLC. Been neglected somewhat. There was no toilet roll. There was 1 towel for 3 of us. Both beds needed fixing but Dan was good n came straight over n done them. Found 2 false nails in the cutlery draw. No welcome pack of tea, coffee etc. Christmas tree had 1 bauble on it. Just small stuff but collectively was a little off putting. Shame to have such a gorgeous property be neglected. Dan n his family are lovely though they love a bit of karaoke n made us feel most welcome...

"Lovely tram with original features, with fantastic viewscofcthe valley. A 15 minute drive from Llanidlues. Tea and coffee provided. Also jas microwave abd hobs. Shower and toiket in sged mext tovtram. Clean. Bedcery vomfy and host lovely."

"Situated in a lovely peaceful spot with fab views. The cabin was extremely well equipped with everything you need for your stay even down to cotton wool pads! The hot tub was a super addition to the property! I would definitely recommend this cabin."

"This property has so much potential and I really hope the owners are able to make it everything it could be. Unfortunately at the moment there's a lot of room for improvement and the price didn't reflect that. The cleanliness level was not brilliant and the space was extremely cold. You are provided with a small gas heater, however it simply isn't capable of heating the space on a cold night. The bedding is summer weight, and there is no insulation, so the cold really bites. "We had a very nice stay here. Room was great, good shower, nice bed. Breakfast was the type your order from menu, but decent options and well-made. Loved the pool part, quiet and relaxing, with a small pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Highlight was the staff, very friendly and helpful. Caveat on the rooms. Old part of hotel must be 50-100 years old. And rooms show that. While in the back they extended hotel with another building, where we stayed, these rooms are very modern and new. "
