Der einzige kleine Unterschied zu den Fotos des Inserates bestand darin, dass der Kaminofen nicht vorhanden war, dafür aber eine Klimaanlage (mit Heizfunktion) installiert ist (vermutlich auf Grund von Brandschutz). Wir werden sicherlich zu wärmeren Jahreszeiten einen weiteren Aufenthalt planen."

You'll need to drive to restaurants and grocery shopping, although there is a small market and one takeout that could meet your immediate needs. Driving to more options really isn't a problem because it's located near some acceptable options. My family enjoyed the use of the property it had everything we needed minus a washer & dryer. "Our first property was canceled without notification and the clerks there had to scramble to find another unit to stay in. The unit was nice but infested with spiders inside and out. No towels or toilet paper. It was comfortable but no instructions on using the climate controls. Thanks to the kind desk clerks for finding us a property after we were canceled. Thanks "

"Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von sieben Frauen für drei Tage bei Mauritz zu Gast. Er ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt auch draußen schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten, wahlweise in der Sonne oder überdacht. Grill und Whirlpool haben wir nicht genutzt, dafür hat es leider zu viel geregnet. Gefehlt haben ein paar Handtuchhalter und Kleiderhaken, ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!"

The owner readily communicated with us and the check-in was quite easy. Our children particularly liked the "foosball" table upstairs and the two bathrooms came in handy.
