Welcome to your stylish retreat in Beau Coast! This new-construction townhome offers three spacious bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a fresh, modern design. The open-concept kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, perfect for cooking and entertaining. Unwind in the large primary suite, which includes a cozy queen bed, an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, and a double vanity for added convenience. Guests can relax in the additional bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort. Beau Coast community amenities, including a sparkling pool, pickleball court, and kayak launch center, provide endless outdoor fun and relaxation. Whether you’re lounging poolside or paddling along scenic waters, this townhome is your perfect escape.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
