This gorgeous beach home includes 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (all 4 bathrooms renovated in 2023) plus a spacious outdoor shower. The home boasts five decks allowing occupants to follow the sun from sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean to sunset over the Barnegat Bay.

Two of the bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms allowing them each to function as master bedrooms, making this home ideal for two families to share a wonderful beach vacation!

The open floor plan boasts 15-foot ceilings and stone fireplace in the living area, provides a comfortable and spacious living and dining space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The comfortable dining area opens to the front deck that wraps around to a large open dining area. Other deck areas include spectacular ocean and bay views including a roof deck that provides 360-degree views of both the ocean and bay. Sunsets are simply a must see!

Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor.

Best beach home we’ve rented in 30 years!
We had an amazing time in this beautiful beach home, directly across the street from the beach and Will views of the bay as well. In a quiet area of holgate, it was great for kids and had plenty of room for 11 of us with games and coloring books for kids provided. The downstairs patio is an oasis that we really enjoyed. The owners,Anne-Marie and Brian were great as well, great communication and quick to make sure we had everything we needed and answered all my questions right away. Can’t wait to rent here again!

Magnificent House!
This beach house was perfect for our family for the last 2 weeks of summer. There are so many porches to sit on and one has a more beautiful view than the next! We went to the top decks on the nights we ate at home and watched the sunset over the bay, and in the mornings drank our coffee up there while watching the waves roll in. The outdoor back table is perfect for lovely meals in the eve. The ground level outdoor lounge area is comfortable and lit by charming white lights, and our 20-somethings loved it out there. The house seems to be situated in one of the quietest parts of the island - the beach only had a scattering of people on it each day. In the mornings we took a lovely 2 mile walk into town for breakfast at the Pearl Street market. There are so many great restaurants in Beach Haven it's hard to chose. There is a public tennis court, basketball court and playground about a 5 minute bike ride away directly on the bay. The house is laid out in a perfect way for entertaining and is very tastefully decorated, with lovely furnishings. The appliances are new and the outdoor grill is large and professional; we used it frequently. The kitchen has everything you could imagine needing and more. We highly recommend this beach house and hope to return!

Week at the Beach
We have stayed on LBI many times but never in this location. It was perfect for our family of grandparents, adult children and grandchildren! The house is lovely and comfortable and well supplied for household needs. The beach is so close and so beautiful, less crowded than other LBI beaches. The house had the best outdoor shower we have ever used!!!

Beautiful home in a perfect location
This home is immaculate. It is right across the street from the beach and just steps to the bay. Much more than your usual rental property, the house is beautifully decorated and is amply stocked with kitchen supplies for cooking and dining. The gas grill appeared to be new. We were even greeted by the owners with a lovely note and a bottle of wine. The sunset views from the roof deck are stunning! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
