This apartment is above Ship Bottom Ice Cream shop in the Beach Haven Terrace section of Long Beach Township. The best ice cream on LBI!

Great LBI Getaway

This was the perfect place for our group of 6! It was in a great location with places to eat all around. We never really noticed the noises from the ice cream shop other than people lining up outside, but other than that it wasn’t an annoyance. Loved this place and would definitely stay again!

Summer vacation

Nice place to stay for a few nights while on LBI for a wedding. Conveniently located on the island with restaurants, bakery and beach all within walking distance.

Fun beach weekend, perfect location

Was a perfect location and had everything we needed for a group of 7 adults reconnecting for a beach weekend! So nice to get ice cream and walk right upstairs and street parking was easy. AC worked great, was clean, slept us all comfortably, and had all the beach stuff we needed. Very fair house rules and clear check in /check out process. Would definitely stay again!

Would Stay Again!

We had a great stay here! The apartment was very clean and had a cozy. The location is also great, ice cream downstairs, restaurants all around and there is even great little bakery right down the street! Hope to visit again next year.

Girls weekend

Great apartment just above an ice cream shop, perfect for our girls weekend to celebrate friends! We used the bikes for a morning ride around the neighborhood followed by a few hours relaxing down by the beach. Can’t recommend this property enough!

It was everything you should expect from a stay. Great communication, fantastic location. Walking distance to beach and kids used bikes to get to fantasy island and bay village.

Perfect Location!

We had a great stay! The location is perfect! Short walk across the street to the beach. We went to Oyster House several times, Terrace Tavern also great and both right across the street. My teenage son enjoyed using the bikes almost everyday. We walked to Fantasy Island as well, it’s a longer walk but definitely doable. Dave was a great host too!

Great stay, great location!

Dave was an ideal host with super communication skills, professional, polite and accommodating. The place is in the perfect location, close to the beach and everything. It is well maintained. The AC worked like magic even with 90F temperatures. The kitchen has everything you need from pots, pans, silverware to a Keurig coffee machine. We really enjoyed the stay!

Fantastic rental

We had a stress free vacation with our teenage daughters staying here.The condo was lovely, very clean, airy and open. The bedrooms were perfect sizes. The location is amazing! Dave the host was very accommodating and the kitchen had all the necessities of home. Being above the Ice cream shop was never an issue, we will definitely stay here again.

Great place would definitely stay again!!

Nice place in a good location. Located two blocks from the beach, a short bike ride from any shopping or restaurant attractions. Staying above and ice cream shop was not at all an inconvenience like you would think the peak hours were very short, opened at 3pm and closed by 10pm.

Great place for families with kids

Great location, only 2 blocks from the beach. Being above an amazing ice cream place certainly does not hurt! The owner was very friendly and a great communicator. Everything was as it said on the listing and the kitchen/dining/living room combo is a great space to easily handle everyone comfortably.

Perfect spot

It was a great location and so many things in walking distance. The apartment was really nice, lots of sleeping options, a full living room and kitchen. The parking was nice because the ice cream shop was closed, we had plenty of room. The owner was very responsive and got back to us quickly. We would stay here again.

Mini family vacation

We enjoyed 3 nights in LBI. Location was great and would stay again. We were 6 adults but there is street noise if you have young children. There were 2 usable bikes which was a +. Bunk beds in one room hard to access. Dave was a great host!

Comfortable Apartment With Superb Location on LBI

Stayed here in July 2023 for 1/2 week trip with 6 people and found the apartment to be comfortable and in a great location on the Island. It was quite hot during our trip and each main area comprised of Living room Kitchen and each bedroom had their own personal mini AC unit with digital remotes to keep every area cool and comfortable. Nice kitchen and family room area. David was a great Host who promptly answered any questions. Would gladly stay again.
