"The property does not respond through Expedia or their own app. We tried the several contact options they provided and never heard back. This is a room in a residential apartment in a not so great area. The room itself was clean and looked nice. The main issue is a woman keyed into the room at 8pm, looked surprised to see us, claimed to be house keeping, and ran out. She had no cleaning supplies and it was late, so we were uncomfortable. I stayed up through the night and let my wife sleep...

"The apartment is clean and spacious, with working appliances and facilities. However, the interiors (walls, doors, furniture) are quite worn and don’t match the photos. There’s also a lingering fried food smell, mentioned by other guests, that hasn’t been resolved. Communication before check-in was difficult and could be improved. "Nice apartment, comfortable with a balcony. No oven only a microwave. I was there for a month and apart from the parking issues it was a very good place to stay. Close to the motorways and 15 mins from St Gallen centre. "
