Super maison et environnement !

Maison très agréable pour un séjour en famille. Propre, bien agencée, bien équipée, confortable et originale avec les filets qui ont ravi petits et grands pour les temps de sieste et lecture. Malgré une météo capricieuse, nous avons réussi à profiter des extérieurs : super idée ce petit coin de sable ! Plages, sentier du littoral et commerces à proximité. Emmanuelle a été très réactive et prévenante. Nous recommandons !

Petite maison parfaite dans une super station balnéaire

Nous avons découvert la ville de Batz sur Mer dans cette location. Proche de toutes les commodités, tout peut se faire à pied (centre ville a 5 mn, le Croisic a 2 km). La maison dispose de tout ce qui est utile. Je recommande les filets qui apportent un charme supplémentaire, les enfants y ont passé leur soirée. La maison est petite mais très bien agencée.

Maison très agréable

La maison est très agréable et très bien équipée. Avec une terrasse parfaitement ensoleillée. Elle est idéalement placée proche du centre ville et de la plage. Nous reviendrons !

Cadre idéal pour de belles vacances

La maison est idéalement située dans Batz, à proximité de 2 plages et des commerces de proximité. La maison est bien équipée et les filets ont fait leur effet. Bonne communication avec Emmanuelle et tout est disponible pour passer un bon séjour (mode d'emploi équipements, jeux de société, épuisettes, rateaux pour la pêche...). NB : La chambre du rez de chaussée est pourvue de rideaux occultants ce qui peut déranger les personnes sensibles à la lumière.

Maison très sympa, séjour bien agréable

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison où nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis bien. Tout est simple pour s’y installer, tout est pensé pour que l’on passe un séjour agréable. Maison lumineuse au style moderne accueillant, idéale pour vacances en famille. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié son petit + original, les filets ! Belle découverte. En cette saison environnement calme.

Localisation parfaite pour cette maison confortable et calme à qq mn à pied de l'océan et des commerces. Vote unanime de toute notre petite famille. Emmanuel et Mickaël sont des hôtes attentionnés. Nous reviendrons avec joie !

Maison et emplacement au top !

Peut-être l'une des meilleures locations que nous avons pu faire. La maison, décorée avec beaucoup de soin et de goût, est parfaitement équipée. Il y a vraiment tout pour passer un séjour confortable et sans souci, qu'il s'agisse des équipements (cuisine exceptionnelle, jeux et jouets, mobilier extérieur...) ou de sa conception. Les filets sont parfaits pour faire la sieste et le bac à sable géant est aussi original qu'agreable pour toute la famille. En outre, la localisation est parfaite : à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la plage du port Saint Michel où se trouve le club Mickey (en passant en plus par le front de mer magnifique), à 2 minutes à pied de l'aire de jeux du petit bois et enfin à moins de 10 minutes des commerces. Enfin, pour ne rien gâcher, le processus d'arrivée est hyper professionnel. Vraiment, une location exceptionnelle.

Séjour vivifiant à Batz 😎

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison située à proximité du village et de la plage. Un grand Merci à Emmanuelle et Mickaël pour leurs multiples conseils : visites, plage, restaurants…La maison est spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Les deux salles de bains sont très appréciables ainsi que la belle terrasse en bois. Nous recommandons cette location et cette destination dépaysante pour nous qui habitons le Sud-Est de la France.
