"We liked the hotel for it's cost, location to shopping and restaurants, and the train station that allowed us to explore Hamburg. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were thankful to secure a late checkout(cost) since we were boarding our cruise in the late afternoon on a Sunday. We stayed for 2 nights. "Der Aufenhalt war insgesamt gut, aber als wir in Eingangsbereich warten mussten, lief ununterbrochen der Fernsehsender MTv Musik. mir ist nicht bekannt wie das Durchschnittsalter ihrer Gäste ist, aber diese Musikclips sind wohl nur für unter 20 jährige gut. Warum läuft da nicht z.b. ein Nachrichtensender, das wäre für alle interessant"
