No Smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.

No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you come to party, please book somewhere else.

No Noise at Night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 10PM/22hs as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8AM/8AM the next morning.

The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the maximum set limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.

This system helps make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbours is of utmost importance to us.

Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal check-in hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is €20, and after 24/12am the fee is €50.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will apply.

Nice apartment in good location.

We enjoyed the apartment. It was comfortable. My only suggestion is to install toilet paper holder’s. There was no place to put it. As well you have to use the same towels all week but there’s nowhere to hang your towels and dry them. You need at least two towel bars in each bathroom as well as a small holder for the hand towel. There was an issue with communication prior to arrival however after that the owners were very responsive and quick.
