"I booked from Dec 1 to Dec 11, Two weeks before Dec 1, I sent a message to the property administrator informing her that I will arrive on Dec 2 at 9 AM, this to make sure that the apartment will be ready. "If you are looking for a centrally located place to stay in Santiago this is it. We never used the subway system but we did walk to several places. Plaza de Las Armas was a 15 minute walk. There are several eating establishments right next door to the building. Gonzalo was a very accommodating host as we had several flight delays, etc."

"My experience was terrible apartment full of roaches,they fumigate w/quemical so strong that the first night I had to sleep somewere else and the smell persisted the rest of the time of my stay I lost most of the food from fridge do to roaches. "Las Condes is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, but still has a number of good restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk. Metro right outside the door gets you to the attractions. Apartment was as described, beds comfortable and clean. Would stay again."

"It was a beautiful apt just as the pictures showed. We were in a quiet neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and the subway. It was easy to travel downtown. So we got to enjoy some of the historical sites but also enjoyed staying in a nice, safe neighborhood."

"Apartment on the 15th floor of condo tower. Balcony with shade all day long and a breeze from the mountains: an advantage with the hot temperatures. Well located with 6 restaurants connected to building. Bus stop in front and 2 metro stations very close. Two grocery stores (Tottus/Lider Express) 10 minute walk. Close to barrio Bellavista and Avenida Italia: great places full of restaurants/boutiques."
