Equipped for 4 people, it consists of a living room, an equipped kitchen area (SENSEO espresso machine), two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Thanks to its large terrace, you can enjoy breakfast and aperitifs outdoors.

For work lovers even on vacation, you will have free access to WIFI.

Sejour à Banyuls
Ensemble de l'appartement simple et propre mais oreiller à changer car traces de sueur , proteges matelas à laver car taches à notre arrivée. Sinon salle de bain et toilettes nikel ! Beaucoup de verres à pied mais verres à eau un peu triste et peu nombreux. Belle cuisine bien équipée et belle terrasse. Situation de l'appartement nickel pour profiter de faire un tour dans Banyuls le soir .

Maison centre ville Banyuls
La maison est bien située dans Banyuls et tout eut se faire à pieds(course,plage etc...) et le quartier est calme tout en étant à proximité du centre ville .La place de parking est aussi appréciable..Mais la maison se trouve dans une cour qui est sale est c'est désagréable de voir au quotidien cet environnement.De plus ,elle présente un vis à vis important et aucune fenêtre n'est équipée de rideaux ou film occultant. La terrasse ne possède pas de brise vue et n'est pas équipée de parasol ou de voile d'ombrage.C'est dommage !
