The Space:
This nicely-appointed 5 bedroom plus loft chalet offers something for everyone, no matter what time of year. If skiing/snowboarding is your taste, enjoy a short 300 yard walk to hit the slopes where to enter at the crossover so a beginner and an intermediate trail are accessible. When you need a break, head back to your Know Principals chalet and relax around your own private outdoor gas fire pit. Enjoy the beautiful outdoor scenery in spring, summer and fall from the home`s multi-level decks. Situated within walking distance to restaurants, Fred`s General Mercantile concerts and mini-golf, the ease of location adds the cherry on top of this Beech Mountain rental. Enter into bottom level of home where you are greeted by an amazing recreation space. Enjoy a comfy sitting area with large flat-screen tv, foosball table, wood-burning fireplace, high top game table and bar with mini-fridge and its own flat-screen television. Exit out of the french doors beside the bar, and you will find a great deck area with picnic table and gas fire pit with ample seating. On this level are two bedrooms (one with King bed and the other with 2 Twins), a full hall bath and laundry room. The main level of the home, located upstairs, is an impressive great room with high ceilings, wood floors and features a full kitchen with granite countertops and bar seating, large dining table for 8 and main living room with flat screen tv mounted above a magnificent stone-faced wood-burning fireplace. French doors lead off of the living room onto to a back deck with chairs a slope-top view. A king master bedroom with private bath and an additional King guestroom with full hall bathroom round out this level. Right above the living room is the home`s fifth bedroom with 4 Twin beds, large flat-screen tv, half bath on one side and a charming sitting area with leather recliners on the other. Perfect space for kids and those who like a cozy place to take in a good book.

Note: Here on Beech Mountain we have a great amount of snowfall from November through April. You must be prepared with 4-wheel drive, studded snow tires or chains. Chains can be purchased in the area in the event of a snowstorm during your vacation. Renters are expected to provide toilet paper, paper towels, soaps/detergents, trash bags, baggies/foil/saran wrap, fire wood, etc. We provide: linens (1 set of sheets per bed, blankets, pillows), 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person based on occupancy of the property, a kitchen set of 1 dish cloth and 1 dish towel, 1 dishwasher tab, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom and one roll of paper towels.
Other Things to Note:
Parking for up to 4 cars in front of home. If you are bringing additional vehicles, these can be parked at the resort, or across from our rental office in the public parking lot.
