Amazing views of Sugar Mountain ski slopes from this 9th-floor condo. The private deck has gorgeous extended views of Sugar Mountain Ski slopes as could be expected at over 5,200 feet. This unit is tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished providing a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The master bedroom with en suite has a Queen bed, the second bedroom also has a queen bed and the living area offers a sleeper sofa. Free wifi is provided. You also have access to the indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and weight room conveniently located on the first-floor lobby. Sugar Top has a shuttle system if you’re unable to park in the main lot during the busy seasons. Please be advised that the parking shuttle is run by SugarTop. Resort Real Estate and Rentals has no control over the shuttle system. However, we have not had any issues with this.
Our SugarTop Condos are Non-smoking. Absolutely NO PETS.
No check-ins on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day

Sugar Top

Was not told pool towels were $14 a piece. Could not shower more than 5 minutes due to hot water going cold. 2 of my kids could not shower at all, 2 other kids and I showered in 5 minutes hours apart. Out of bottled water in the pantry store. Coffee was not tasteful from lobby. Wonderful balcony view and comfortable space. TVs worked well.

Don’t book for the beds, but that view!

The view from the 9th floor is spectacular. The 2 queen beds are horribly uncomfortable and need to be replaced - they have outlived their normal life expectancy. And the sleeper sofa mattress is even worse. You’d be better off on an air mattress. Condo was clean and had basic supplies. The heat was very hard to regulate - hot/cold. Never a constant. Love this condo complex but wouldn’t stay in this unit again.
