1) Please take off your shoes while entering the room.

2) Please tun off the lights, all the electrical appliances, close all the windows before leaving the room every time.

3) DO NOT make the noise disturbing the neighbors. Strictly prohibited after 8 p.m.

4) DO NOT smoking in room, terrace, or in all common areas. Fine 3,000 baht.

5) Please do not move anything. Please return it to the original place after using it.

6) If property is damage by the guest’s guilt (broke a curtain/ TV/ window, etc. You have to pay for the caused damage.

7) In case of loss or damaging a key, you will be charged 500 baht per card and loss of wristband,you will be charge 2000 baht per piece.

8) Please keep the room cleaned and tidy before checking out.

9) If the room is in a mess, the garbage are not in a bin properly, you need to pay the extra cleaning fee.

10 For long term stay (28 days and more), Not include electricity. Pay actual unit. 7 baht per unit

11 Please don t throw tissue or sanitary or any trash into the toilet. The drains in Thailand are not as good as in Europe and stuck easily.
