"Great location in the heart of Bangkok! Next to the public boat pier and two “skytrain” (BTS) stations that connect to the main Bangkok tourist attractions. It was also within a walking distance to the best medical facility in country: Bumrungrad Hospital, that my family used twice for traveler’s related minor medical conditions. "Booked a 1bedroom apartment but was a tiny studio apartment,have had bigger hotel rooms than this so called apartment. Was not allowed to enter building or approach the front desk until a rep from favstay meet us outside who was late meeting us so had to stand in the heat outside. Upon entering there is a sign stating that it is illegal to stay in these apartments for holiday rental and you could be arrested. Room had uncomfortable bed,lounge tv channels only in Thai would not recommend staying...

"We absolutely LOVED staying here. This is our second visit here after a stay here last year. The service, cleanliness and facilities are top notch. So easy to get to places since the hotel is connected to the BTS Rail too. One day I dropped off post cards to mail and gave the concierge money to pay for postage. Upon finding out they cannot mail postcards to the USA, he messaged me in their hotel app. I did not provide my name but he figured out who I was because the doorman remembered me. I was so impressed! I would definitely stay here over and over gain. Thank you to their employee, Ploy, for upgrading our room, it made our stay wonderful!"
