"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. My flight was delayed, and when I arrived, there was no one at the reception. I repeatedly called the provided contact number, but no one answered. "Neighbourhood is the most filthy part of Dar es Salaam. Serious health concerns due to uncleanliness of both property and furniture inside. Owners moved me to a different property which also had issues of water. The showering water was coming out at a pace that it would take you 40 minutes to fill up a 20 litre bucket.
