Don’t stay here in the summer
The home itself was very clean and well kept. I stayed there with 6 other family members for 4th of July weekend. It was 100 degrees outside and the AC is only controlled by the home owner. This was a 3 floor home and the temperature on the 2nd floor (where the thermostat was) remained between 78 and 80 degrees for our entire stay. We did contact the property owner and they said they would lower the temp but it never happened. The third floor was even warmer and that is where all the bedrooms (minus one on the first floor) were located. Needless to say it was impossible to have a comfortable night sleep.
If you are planning on preparing any meals here, be aware that the cookware was very limited and small. I wanted to make a salad and there was no bowl that I could use to do so. I had to cook pasta twice because of the size of the pot provided and there were only 6 dinner plates. In a house that sleeps 8 I would expect a little more to work with.
