New Townhouse - 2 Car Garage by CCBC & Franklin Sq

The house is a brand new end of group luxury townhouse in a new neighborhood off Rossville boulevard in Rosedale Maryland. We added HD CABLE TVs to each room as per guests recommendation in February 2022. The house is located in Baltimore county, close to White Marsh, Towson and downtown Baltimore.
The space
The entire house is comprised of 4 rooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Room #1 is a large exclusive self contained with a wet bar, microwave, a Small refrigerator and a 50 inch Smart HD Cable TV with ROKU. This room is located on the first floor. The second floor has the entire common areas like the living room, dining, kitchen, office, 1/2 bathroom and a 65 inch HD Cable TV.
The third floor had 3 bedrooms. Room #2 is a large self contained owners suite with ceiling fan, shower and a 50 inch Smart HD Cable TV with ROKU located on the third floor. Rooms #3 & #4 are two normal size bedrooms with a shared hall bathroom. Both rooms have a 43 inch Smart HD Cable TV with ROKU. The washer and dryer are also located on the third floor.
Guest access
The guests will have access to the entire house which includes the 4 bedrooms and the common areas.
Other things to note
The house is located in a safe neighborhood and has electronic smart keys on the front door and all the bedrooms . This will enable guests to self check-in and self check-out.

Beautiful Townhouse
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will stay here again when we are in Baltimore. The home was clean, furnished comfortably, mattresses and pillows were very comfortable, and was located in a quiet neighborhood with quiet neighbors. Appreciate that tower fans were provided in the 2 bedrooms that didn’t have ceiling fans. Only issue we found (and it was definitely not a huge issue and would NOT keep us from staying here again) was that the kitchen was missing some basics we needed for cooking (mixing / serving bowls, more than 1 sheet pan, storage containers, foil, baggies, sharp knives, etc.). Great selection of pots and pans, spices, etc. Overall, highly recommended this house and the owner.

Great stay in the Baltimore area
The property was just as it was listed, the neighborhood was safe and very nice. The house was beautiful and all of the amenities were well done. I loved that we had a garage to park the car in at night. My only negative comment is we ran out of hot water before the 5 of us had our showers. I would highly recommend this property.

My family of 5 adults stayed for the week to reunite with family and friends. The home is much larger than the pictures portray. Very convenient to all the major highways with all the retail amenities within close proximity. The home was clean and fresh, and we all just loved being so comfortable in a rental. We felt as if we were home the entire week. Will will return at least yearly to stay again.

The house was at a perfect location for us to have access to go to the many different places we wanted to visit in Baltimore, D.C., and northern Maryland. Couldn’t have stayed at a better place. Just what we needed
The space was perfect for 3 adults and 3 kids. The adults had time to talk and catch up while the kids were upstairs. Michael was on top of the communication and helped us out when another property cancelled on us in less than two hours from check in. Saw that there was a washer and dryer, but I couldn’t find any laundry detergent. I could have also missed it! Great stay, would highly recommend.

Gorgeous home centrally located
Absolutely stunning property, very clean and well kept. Plenty of room for our two families travelling to The Ripken Experience (20-25 minute drive). Very quiet neighborhood in a good area. Centrally located to just about everything you need and just outside of Baltimore. Would absolutely be looking into this property our next trip.

Quiet, clean Townhouse outside Baltimore
We had a group from Church attending a Workshop in Timonium and this place was perfect! It had a self-contained unit downstairs for the pastor and 3 bedrooms upstairs for the 3 ladies with 2 bathrooms and another half bath on the level of the living room/dining room and kitchen. We could meet and eat together when we weren't at the workshop. It was really an ideal place and the beds were very comfortable.

The overall condition of the property was excellent, except a dent in the refrigerator upon arrival (have photo). The beds slept very well, loved the mattresses and bedding. Would suggest a few dishrags/hand towels in the kitchen and hand towels in bathrooms. Cookie sheets and small knives in kitchen would be helpful. Really enjoyed the double air fryer for making breakfast.
