The option to have coffee ready at my door when I wake up and breakfast delivered to my room was really nice. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and free of odd smells. I would definitely book this hotel the next time Im in Baltimore. "

"Upon settling in our room we received a call from the front desk asking if things were good. We were very impressed with this level of customer service. Our only complaint was that the bathroom was no clean. The wall clearly had urine on it and a towel had hair on it. Otherwise we have a nice stay. The shuttle can driver was wonderful. "
