"We were looking for a really cool place to stay in Aberdeen and Dutch Mill was a good choice. This place had nice rooms, comfortable beds, a good breakfast, and a bar downstairs that was either relaxing or wild, depending when you went. Dutch Mill is a short walk from a bustling restaurant and bar area in downtown and the food choices were quite excellent. They had plenty of parking next door. The staff was helpful and kind; we felt very welcome."

Our host was available both breakfasts to make coffee, ensure adequate food was available and did the dishes! Fun conversationalist as well. The upstairs had the bedrooms- small but comfortable with great shower. "

"I stayed with 3 small dogs, and found this one of the very rare places where the dogs were WELCOME rather than just tolerated. Room was a generous size. Fridge in room. Full length mirror and real wardrobe. Wifi was good. Only 5 minute walk to the riverside, and a small shop and sandwich shop just a few hundred yards away. Service was excellent. Breakfast was good and generous. I genuinely enjoyed my stay here."

"For my purposes, the Pincerna Rooms fitted the bill perfectly. A short stroll from the station, Union Street and the various offices that I needed to visit. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. There was no breakfast but that is because I forgot to book it. Although I didn’t use it, the kitchen looked great and well equipped. The price as right. For a short stay, as good as places twice the price. If I had stayed a little longer, a room with more space to work would have been...

"Unassuming from the outside but airy, clean and calm inside, the service was first class, the room was terrific - quiet, clean and with tea, coffee and fresh milk, you couldn't ask for more from a guest house. The parking was secure and attached to the house. All in all, hard to beat."
