"Had a great stay at the decoy country cottages. Centrally located to see many sights. Visited the hill of Tara, Loughcrew Cairns and also do a walk along the Bourne valley which started at ramparts. Close to shopping centers and getting to Dublin was an easy drive as well. Has a great time here."

"The Carton house is about 45 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from Dublin. The grounds are lovely. The walk to Town is about 30 minutes and well worth it as there are other historical sites to visit in the town. The interior of the Carton house is modern but historical features remain throughout. Make sure you make dinner reservations well before you get there as the restaurants on property fill up quickly. The activities should also be booked well in advance. Many we wished to do were already booked out. We wanted to do the falcon lessons and whiskey tasting but they were not available. The horseback riding was quite fun and about 20 minutes away by taxi. "
