"Lovely well kept hotel. Rooms are getting tired however the downstairs and communal areas are beautifully well kept. The cleaners do a fantastic job. The restaurant food was good although the chips were undercooked each time we had them. The breakfast was beautiful all three mornings - not one complaint! The reception staff were lovely, bright and friendly. The restaurant staff were friendly except one chap who seemed very stressed and short when we asked for a simple table of four. All in all a wonderful stay. Thank you for having us. "

"The Pembroke Hotel is in an excellent location and staff was very accommodating. The room was lovely and we had a great view of the castle which was around the block. I have celiac and need Gluten free food and they took great care of me! I will definitely stay there again. "
