This quintessential and freestanding Aussie-style beach shack is only one short block back from Seven Mile Beach with ocean glimpses. You cant help but embrace casual beachside living at The Little Green Beach House.

This fantastic property has been renovated and tastefully styled with coastal decor. The open plan dining and kitchen area features oiled timber furniture complimenting the timber floors throughout. The front and rear security screened sliding doors capture the calming ocean breezes via cross-ventilation and the fully equipped combined laundry/bathroom has a shower and dryer. This property sleeps four with one king and two singles with an option to use the daybed which is suitable for a child in the dining/lounge area.

The front and rear timber decks are both covered for all weather use with the front deck featuring ocean glimpses making it a fantastic entertaining area for all the family. A cute gazebo in the backyard with gas BBQ is ideal for those long summer outdoor gatherings.

This property is an easy 5 minute stroll south to the shops, restaurants, bowling club and pub in Lennox village with Lake Ainsworth a lazy 5 minute stroll north along the beach.
