Holiday house "Albblick" in the countryside - large terrace, own garden / Balingen

Welcome to our newly renovated 3-room apartment in the countryside with a view of the Alp mountains. The house has two apartments. The ground floor apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 - 5 people on around 97 square meters of living space. The highlight - is the large terrace with approx. 25 sqm, which includes a pavilion and a large garden, as well as an additional winter garden for the transitional period. The ground floor apartment with ground level access to the garden / terrace has cozy places outside for you and your family to sit in the open air and enjoy the morning or evening together. Your children can even play a little football game on the associated meadow.

The open living and dining room with a view of the garden / terrace is at the same time modern but also comfortably furnished. The apartment is equipped with 3 Samsung Smart flat-screen TVs in each room. While one is watching his football game on the couch - the other is allowed to watch his favorite series in the dining room ... and if it should be the feature film ... then there is a third Smart TV in the bedroom.

Or how about spending time together in the large dining room? The glass table with four leather armchairs offers space for this as well as for a cozy game round.
And you can also cook together - in the brand new - well-equipped kitchen. There are many hard-working helpers here: the coffee machine, which provides a tasty stimulant, the dishwasher, which does the washing up, the microwave with grill function, etc., and finally the refrigerator with freezer compartment, which offers space for all the tasty purchases.

And for those peaceful nights there are 2 bedrooms with double beds. The large master bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm double bed and also has a smart TV and a sliding door wardrobe for the clothes.
The smaller bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm double bed and, like the master bedroom with a quiet atmosphere, ensures a good night's sleep. Those who have slept like the stones can treat themselves to a refreshing shower or bath in the bathroom in the morning and start the day relaxed.
By the way: 1-2 car parking spaces and a bicycle storage room are located directly at the house. Ideal for mountain bikers!
