In the house there are 2 vacation apartment for 4 persons each. Apartment 2 is located on the first floor and has a bedroom with a double bed, a separate kitchen with dining area and a living room with sofa bed. The terrace shaded by vines invites you to linger. In summer, a colorful floral display unfolds here, where you can relax and unwind.

Sehr liebe und nette Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten gar keine Lust wieder nach Hause zu fahren. Wir hatten einen mega schönen Urlaub . Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und sauber und hat eine top Lage .

Wunderschöne 2 Wochen in Bale

Als erstes möchten wir uns bei den absolut top Gastgebern bedanken. Ganz nette Menschen! Die Wohnung ist in einem kleinen aber wunderschönen Ort Bale. Einfach malerisch schön. Wir hatten noch Glück dass zu dem Zeitpunkt wo wir da waren, fand in der Stadt ein internationales Gitarrenfestival statt. Also könnten wir abends ganz kostenlos Musik von top Musiker hören. Vielen Dank an Veranstalter. Die Wohnung 7 ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Es gibt schöne Küche, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Bad mit Dusche. Schöne Terasse. Neben dem Haus in 5 Minuten erreichbar ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Für größere Einkäufe sollte man nach Rovinj fahren. Es sind gut 12 km. Da ist alles da, von Lidl, über Kik bis Müller und Kaufland. Auch mehrere Tankstellen und Apotheken. In der Wohnung gibt es WLAN, was problemlos läuft. Von den Gastgebern bekommt man eine Zutrittskarte für den Campingplatz Mon Perin, wo dann Strand ist. Ein riesiger Parkplatz ist da. Sehr viel Schatten wenn man braucht. Schönes sauberes Wasser. Eine tolle Bar, wo Preise absolut angemessen sind. Sehr saubere WC's. Schwimmschuhe sind absolut zu empfehlen. Für 10 Euro kommt man ins Schwimmbad. Auch toll, besonders mit Kindern. Die sind bis 10 Jahren kostenlos. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Es war ein Top Urlaub. Pula und Rovinj sind je 15 - 20 km entfernt. Ein Muss!

Sehr komfortabel, ruhig und trotzdem zentral

Wir, Ehepaar im besten Alter mit Hund, haben und sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, großzügiges und sehr sauberes Appartement mit schöner Terrasse und viel Privatsphäre. Der Ort Bale ist ein kleines Schmuckstück mit vielen guten bis sehr guten Restaurants - alles in 5 -10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Es hat uns super gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig, sauber, gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse toll um draußen zu sitzen. Die Vermieter sind ganz liebe und gastfreundliche Leute. Vielen lieben Dank an die Gastgeber.
