"The experience was great! I wouldn't come back to this property due to the money spent wasn't really worth the oldness of the unit or lugguage carts. But the view was the best!!!

"The dishes were dirty when we arrived from previous guests. The dishwasher did not work well during our stay and after running it 3 times the dishes were still dirty. The tub was clogged and backing up anytime we took a shower. The location was great and the view. "

EXCEPTIONAL HOME, WALK TO: E BEACH, MIKE'S BITES, SHOAL'S, COMMON & CONSERVANCY
10/10 Excellent
"“A Shore Thing” was perfect for our three-generation family! Huge refrigerator, gas cooktop, and double ovens along with accessories galore made making meals easy and fun for our cooking teams. Six and a hal bathrooms was fantastic — every bedroom had its own bath. Hosts were helpful, friendly, and gracious. We’ll be back!"
BALD HEAD DIAMOND:Perfect Jewel for a Couple's Getaway!!!
10/10 Excellent
"The island is amazing. The house was a perfect spot for the two of us on our anniversary get away. The pictures are very accurate to the actual house. Cleanliness was good and the stairs are what the picture shows. Easy to navigate but takes a bit to get used to it. The lock box when you check in is on the porch rail and not the door, so that was a little confusing but other than that the property was as advertised and was great. We would stay again no question about it. Just a heads up for anyone reading the review, you will need to book the ferry and the tram before showing up. We tried on the way down but the presale tickets were all sold out for the day so we had to get a standby ticket. The ferry brings you from Southport to the island and the tram service will shuttle you to the house and pick you up on the day of departure. "
"Granddaughter and I were going to do a quick trip but after being here decided to stay another day. Have enjoyed staying here. It's so convenient to everything."
"Your Time was great! Perfect location with all the necessities. Edie (the property manager) was excellent and very responsive. Highly recommend this place and hope to return. "
