"The parking was a nightmare 2/3 days of our stay due to sharing public parking with a party store. My daughter is in a wheelchair, so this was frustrating at times. Other than that, we liked it here. Our kids enjoyed the community areas, and it was a quick trip to the beach, coffee/donuts, pizza, shopping, etc. If you need parking close to the unit, it's probably not the best choice, but if you don't mind walking a bit, it is a cute little place to stay. "

"We had a great stay over Labor day weekend. The apartment had everything we needed and we were very impressed by how well everything was remodeled. "We enjoyed our stay at the Leonard Building, Apt 305. The place was very clean and conveniently located to Heritage Landing and other attractions we were interested in seeing during our stay. The building is very secure, which was also nice. We all felt the unit could use ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, as well as exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Aside from that no compliants. We loved the trendy decor."

"The space was cozy and comfortable. Perfect for our time there while my daughter was at her dance competition. Unfortunately the day before we came there was a horrible storm that knocked out the power, not just at the apartment, but also much of the surrounding area (including hotels). "When I checked in - luckily I had a friend with me … Door 5 is in the shadows - and the only room in the building with a step in front of the door… it is the same color as the flooring and wall and I tripped on it and fell … never saw it and landed hard with a bag in my hand. If I’d have really gotten cut or severely injured - I’d have laid there a few days until someone came up there That needs some yellow tape or something to mark it so it can be seen!! Twisted one knee and scraped the other...

"We had a wonderful time at this Sand Lake house. Everything was perfect from the impeccably decorated home to all of the amenities. Being right on the lake is wonderful, and Sand Lake is not too far from other destinations like Grand Rapids and Lake Michigan. (Would recommend The Forager for lunch or dinner which is only 10-15 mins from the house.) We rented the boat which made it extra special. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a family getaway. "
