This charming apartment includes a living room with sofa bed for two people, 65 cm LCD TV, a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, facing West with mountain view, adjoining bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet and an entrance with new integrated kitchenette (dishwasher, multifunction oven, mixer, toaster, kettle and electric coffee maker ...).
Floor covered with a floating floor in the living room and bedroom.

Private covered parking in front of the Soulan residence.

Bel appartement fonctionnel et très propre

Quelques nuisances nocturnes car situé à côté de toilettes publiques. Proximité du télécabine avec l’inconvénient qui va avec: installation bruyante de 9h à 18h. Sinon très bien grande terrasse fonctionnelle et immeuble calme
