Schöne Wohnung und gute Lage
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht aufs Meer. Da wenig englisch gesprochen wird, war die Sprache wenn überhaupt das einzige „Problem“, was sich aber durch Gestik, nette Kontakte und Menschen lösen ließ. Man ist schnell mit dem Auto an den schönsten Stränden und hat in der Nähe alles, was man braucht Jederzeit wieder …

Wonderful apartment
The apartment is modern and perfectly equipped. In the kitchen there is everything you need, including spices, oils, etc., also things like beach towels are provided. The view from the balcony is fantastic and just around the corner is a small store for necessities and fresh bread in the morning, so you do not need a car for that. You can also get to various beaches in a few kilometers, or you can use the pool at the house. All around a successful vacation.

Tolle Austrattung und super Aussicht
Wir haben hier 3 Wochen lang unseren Sommerurlaub genossen und sind begeistert. Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet und uns fehlte es an nichts. Alles ist sauber, Check in und Check out haben toll geklappt. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und in unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es einen Bäcker. Einfach toll! Es blieben keine Wünsche offen!

Tolle Wohnung, gute Lage und mega Pool
Wir waren zu 4. für eine Woche in der Wohnung. Hat eine super Größe für 4 Personen. Einrichtung und Wohnung sind neu und einwandfrei. Den Pool konnten wir die gesamte Zeit nutzen und ist immer gereinigt. Tolle Wohnung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Wohnung mit fantastischem Meerblick
Wir haben 2 Wochen mit unseren Kindern (12/15) hier verbracht und waren von der Wohnung begeistert. Alles war sehr sauber und neu, der Balkon mit dem Ausblick ein Traum und das WLAN war schneller als zu Hause (sehr zur Freunde der Kinder ;-)). Richtig toll war auch der Pool, welchen wir oft nur für uns alleine hatten. Dieser wurde täglich gereinigt und war sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit Elena war sehr nett und problemlos. Vielen Dank nochmal Elena, dass wir bei Ihnen einen so schönen Urlaub verbringen durften. Kathrin

Schönes Sommerurlaub mit Kinder
Modernes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment, inkl. Waschmaschine und auch Geschirrspüler, bislang kein Internet (LAN/WLan) in der Wohnung, aber gutes Netz für die Nutzung von mobilen Daten. Wohnung liegt am Berg oberhalb von Badesi (Ortsteil Munteggionni) und ist perfekt geeignet für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern (unsere waren 12 und 14 Jahre alt). Guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung des gesamten Nordens der Insel. Schöne, überdachte Terrasse mit toller Aussicht. Schöner, gut gepflegter Pool (zur gemeinsamen Nutzung für 6 Wohnungen, aber oft hatte man den Pool für sich alleine), nette Vermieterin, Kommunikation funktionierte gut, auch bei der Übergabe mit der Verwalterin vor Ort, die nur Italienisch und kein Englisch spricht, dank Übersetzung mit Google ;-) Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden sie auch wieder buchen.

Vista spettacolare
Appartamento nuovo, funzionale e ben attrezzato. Terrazza da cui si può godere la pace ed una vista meraviglia. La piscina del condominio è sempre pulita e pure con vista mare. L’host accurato nelle indicazioni di arrivo e pronto a suggerimenti utili per il soggiorno. Consigliato.

ein entspannter Urlaub mit Kindern
Diese kleine aber dennoch perfekt genutze Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Sie liegt in einem kleinen höher gelegenen Ort, der zu Badesi gehört. Vom Balkon hat man eine unglaublich tolle Sicht inkl. Sonnenuntergänge über dem Meer. Die Wohnung ist neu und gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage, 3 Zimmer, Waschmaschine, Fön und Bügeleisen inkl. Brett, kein Geschirspüler), so dass man einen längeren Urlaub perfekt genießen kann. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt, welcher regelmäßig gereinigt wurde! Wir hatten ihn ganz für uns allein, da die weiteren fünf Ferienwohnungparteien, die scheinbar alle privat sind, nicht bis kaum da waren. So konnten wir ungestört urlauben, weitab vom Ferienrummel. Dieses tolle Domizil ist ein idealerStartpunkt für viele Erlebnisse auf Sardinien. Allerdings nur MIT Auto, aber das hat man bei einem Sardinienurlaub eh eingeplant. Die Über- und Abgabe der Wohnung verlief unproblematisch. Allerdings spricht die Ansprechpartnerin nur italienisch, was aber kein Hindernis darstellte, obwohl wir kein Italienisch können. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war sehr gut und nett. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt! WIR KÖNNEN DIESE WOHNUNG NUR WEITEREMPFEHLEN! ES war ein toller erholsamer Urlaub! PS: Meinen Kindern (10, 12) hat WLAN gefehlt, uns jedoch nicht ;-)
