Ich hatte ein sehr schönes Zimmer, das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Hotel besitzt insgesamt ein tolles Ambiente mit z. B. dem Weinkeller. Also ein vordergründig sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Als sehr negativ bleibt mir jedoch in deutlicher Erinnerung, dass meine Buchung über expedia.de mit bereits vorab erfolgter Sofortbezahlung mittels Kreditkarte beim Auschecken nicht bekannt war (diesbezüglich habe ich das Zimmer im Hotel ein zweites Mal bezahlt) und ich die Rückzahlung des zuviel bezahlten Betrages erst nach mehrmaliger eindrücklicher Aufforderung erhalten habe.
