Great location, quiet, charming old building. One issue is parking for your car, there is no parking available at the hotel. You will need to walk about 1km to where you can park your car.

Comfortable Stay
Hotel environment was good and well- maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly. Nice and quiet area. Also had a nice Italian Restaurant nearby. However, it's a bit difficult to find the hotel.

Enjoyable trip, in a charming hotel
Hotel had a lot of character with beautiful grounds. If you're looking for a typical, old fashioned German hotel then you've found the perfect location. However, if you are looking for a modern hotel with such amenities, then you will be disappointed (i.e- there was no air con). Good value, good breakfast and friendly staff.

Would not stay again.
Disappointing! Did not stay in hotel pictured but sent down a back alley about 100 ft away into another less attractive building. Cut foot on a piece of broken glass on bathroom floor. No parking on site. Thermal springs are not at hotel but across the street and up the mountain. Area in general was really boring. My only positive was a very helpful & friendly staff.

Stunning location and a grand hotel
I booked this hotel for the first night of our European motorcycle tour. Having completed a long ride from Calais the hotel & the location were stunning. The rooms and service were good with fantastic views of the surrounding hills. The grounds around the hotel are immaculate with lawn chess just in front of the hotel. The town is squeezed into a small valley between the hills and is so clean and quiet, a stunning area and a wonderful majestic hotel.

Prima hotel, een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
Helaas was de ontvangst bij de receptie keer op keer teleurstellend, zelden iemand meegemaakt die zo weinig plezier heeft in haar werk. Een 'goedemorgen' kwam er niet eens uit. Het personeel in de bediening (ontbijt en diner) zijn juist zeer vriendelijk. Kamer was prima, bedden goed, ligging ten opzichte van thermen top! Daarnaast kan je ook heerlijk wandelen, de gemeente heeft al routes uitgezet.

Ontvangst was vriendelijk en goed. Kamer niet netjes, gaten in gordijnen, loshangend behang, verkleurde muren. Bed veerde erg door, te slap. Wel goed geïsoleerde kamer, niet gehorig.Sanitair OK Wifi (te) slecht bereik. Bediening matig en slordig, lange wachttijden. We kwamen voor de Vulkaneifel Thermen. Eigen voorzieningen van hotel niet bezocht.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel in der "Altstadt"
Das schönste an diesem Hotel ist auf jeden Fall das Personal. Immer freundlich und kompetent. In der Servicewüste Deutschland eine Oase. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Zimmer war zwar alt aber dafür sauber und gemütlich.
