"Renae, the host was very responsive to any questions and took care of the couple of issues we had while there promptly.The unit was comfortable and spacious. Floors could have been cleaner. Rugs were dirty.I would not however recommend this for a long term stay.Be prepared to supply all of your own paper and cleaning products. You will have to do your own cleaning. Should you want someone to clean for you it could be scheduled for an additional 180/visit.Just a couple of other annoying issues...

"The house was perfect for our family vacation. Centrally located to everything. The kitchen was beyond fully equipped with items. Pool, hot tub and Pool table provided endless hours of entertainment for our kids. Owner and management company are extremely accessible when needed. We would highly recommend this house and will definitely be back!!"

"Everything was spectacular. The home is a spacious, very well-appointed and cared for, lakefront property, with a large screened, covered back living room with large pool. Very quiet neighborhood-just the sounds of birds. We have traveled throughout the world a bit - this is quite a find."

"We loved this rental - very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Included use of brand new BBQ, pool was heated as requested, kitchen had everything we needed in excellent condition. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. We were just 2 adults so this wasn't an issue but if for a group of 6 then seating in TV area and at dining room table would be a bit tight. Loved the lounge chairs and seating area in the lanai. Private and comfortable. Would definitely rent again!"
