"Being from the US we didn’t know how to get to and from the train stations. We walked a very long way around the first time. The second we took a taxi. The third time a taxi driver told us we could connect to the hotel from the train station with a very short walk and go through the tunnel. Would have been nice to know from the staff. Also the door to the pool you have to be observant. I’ve never seen some weird push button you have to push after you use your hotel card. Other than that...

"Home from home atmosphere. Naturally friendly and helpfully staff. We had a Cababa Studio. Useful to be able to cook with the Auldi just a few minutes walk. Regular trains to Marienplaz. Lovely and quiet, great late continental breakfast until 1100am with free use of coffee and tea throughout the day. "

"The hotel was nice, but I didn’t like the fact that we had a fruit fly infestation on the ceiling when there was no food in the room at all. Other than that and the fact that the public transportation is very limited, it was a great stay"

"All staff were helpful, particularly Greg. I don't recall ever staying anywhere that was so quiet - bliss for sleep-deprived travellers. My only criticism is that I would have liked some information in the apartment about things like where the nearest grocery store was (but I found it fairly easily), etc."

"Simple place that has all I wanted. Only thing is that there were some missing kitchenette but you can ask the reception for those missing items. Overall, it was a great place to stay. Will definitely come here again if I need a place to stay"

"The property is brand new so some listed amenities like laundry weren’t installed yet. Having a kitchen and 3 grocery stores near by, transportation to downtown and a bike rental station nearby was great. We rode the bikes every day through the English Garden into the city. It was a quick, easy inexpensive way to get around. Rooms were on the warm side and I couldn’t find a source of air so open window a lot but not child safe. "

"The hotel was clean and quiet.The service and cleaning team perform their best and when needed, very fast and freindly. Beacuse of them I recommend it to every one. We stayed 15 days and support was available 5 min when you send email.everything was perfect :)"

"We stayed in the family room which exceeded our expectations! Everything has been thought of from washing up liquid, tea bags, cutlery, kitchen roll, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner. The accommodation was immaculate with really good quality bedding and furnishings. Couldn't find fault with the accomodation. "Good for one night, but don't recommend any longer. The kitchen was not equipped with all of the basics, including enough cutlery. The tap sprayed everywhere making a mess every time we used the sink. Despite there being a fold-out table, there was little room to use it as well as no chairs. We asked for a coffee maker and were told there were none and we should pay for the breakfast instead. The entire kitchen space was taken up by a giant microwave. "Spacious, newer rooms with furnished kitchenette. Small hiccup with self check-in but was able to walk up to the Best Western to get checked in. Grocery store in walking distance. Short drive to cute town. Easy access to drive to southern Bavarian towns."
