"This is our third year at the property. This year the management company was different. The check in was a pain as we were given a number but that number is not in use during check in day and instead a voice recording and new number in french. The chalet was not as clean as in previous year. Floors not clean under sofa. Bathroom floor not clean. We have always had towels before. With change in management this was a change and no towels. Website had been updated to say no towels but they had not flagged to us which would have been good. There was a new fridge which did not have freezer compartment. Again it would have been useful to know. Very slow communication with management company. They could never communicate amongst themselves. They constantly had our check in date wrong. They asked for a meeting on check out day we explained we would be leaving early and we agreed to post let through letterbox. Next day another person rang to ask all the same questions. The bath leaked and very slow communication between management company and owner. By the time plumber could attend it was nearly the end of our stay. It was a 5 week stay with no bath. We especially chose the place as had a bath so easier for the children. For all these reasons it now does not meet our needs so we will not return next year."

"Overall, I was happy with this rental. The property is well situated, amazing views, ski in / ski out. Once you get your head around which door to come in and which lift to use it's all quite convenient. The flat itself is small (though described accurately on the website) but needs modernising. Communications and check in / out all okay."

"Lovely apartment hotel, set away from Main Street which is very busy and could be noisy. Staff were very helpful, medical centre and ski hire also very easy to access. Stayed in Sveta block and skied straight from boot room. 5min walk to restaurants & grocers. Bonus Spa for down days."

"Very nice all inclusive hotel. Ski/out (as is most of the resort). Food was good and the staff were very helpful. My room was a standard twin. Compact as is common with most French ski hotels but good wardrobe storage, comfortable bed and a powerful shower. A small balcony completed it with views over the village. All in all, good value for money and a good base for my break. "

"This 'cosy' 4 bed is in a great location, and is perfectly comfortable and well furnished. Our biggest frustration was with Gael the owner. €190 worth of extra costs, were not detailed until after our booking, and the host threatened to cancel if we didn't pay them. It is also not clear that there is no bedding included, which would cost the 3 of us €80. The value for money is still not too bad, but it would have been good to know about the charges when we were booking. The building's lift did break one day which meant it took 10 minutes for the other singular lift for the whole building to arrive. The apartment is also without a kettle. You communicate through Vincent when you are staying, to collect key. Vincent was very responsive, but said that he had no way of contacting the owner, which was odd. It is good for ski in ski out, and you can get to the lifts very quickly."

"Super apartment. Very convenient for anyone arriving via Prodains gondola (although if out of hours you need to walk across town to get keys). Apartment had plenty of space and was in good condition, although only half the bed linen was supplied. Great location for skiing with ski storage right next to post just above Tours lift. "
