For indoor fun, head to the game room with pool table and wet bar with refrigerator and microwave. Need a break from the crowd? Check out the nearby den with comfy seating, double sofa bed, and TV/DVD. Also on this level is a kids' bedroom with 2 singles that shares a full hall bath.

On the second floor find a king master bedroom, a queen master bedroom, and a queen bedroom with semi-private bath. Climb up to the top floor and discover the spacious great room with ample kitchen and dining area, and relaxing living area. Also on this level is a king master bedroom.

In the evenings, relax outdoors on one of the sun decks with ample colorful deck furniture and cozy hammock with gorgeous view of the sound and lake. Catch a sunset while relaxing in the mid level screened porch or head to the top deck with hot tub.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
