This sophisticated, second floor, Platinum residence offers ultimate comfort. It features a living room with a gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, as well as a dining area for six.

The primary bedroom features a King bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed also with an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a split king bed (can be made into 2 twins upon request prior to arrival) and a full bathroom across the hallway.

This is an air conditioned unit with custom lighting, a washer/dryer and on-site parking for one vehicle. There is also complimentary ski season shuttle service to/from Vail and Beaver Creek.

Guests will enjoy peaceful mountain views and the convenience of staying steps from Avon restaurants, bars and shops.

A plethora of on-site amenities such as a community pool, hot tubs, fitness facility, steam room, ski lockers, outdoor fire pits, common gas grills, and a game room including pool table, shuffle board, air hockey, foosball table, and multiple flat screen televisions are ready for you to enjoy.
