Wonderful stay
The apartment was as advertised. It was handy and within walking distance of everything. Elizabeth was delightful. She spoke very little English but with Google translate and my small knowledge of French we got all the communications done. The laundry was several blocks away but easy to get to. The grocery was near Place l’horage so a jaunt with a bag. Bed was very comfortable. Building and neighborhood were quiet. Faces back of building. Elevator was great for an old lady.

Quaint and quiet studio
Lovely place and great location. Unfortunately the woman who manages the studio doesn't live there and doesn't speak any English. Also the parking situation was not easy even in the lot.

Excellent accomodation
I stayed in this studio apartment for a month and I couldn't be happier. It is fully furnished, everything you need in the kitchen, an excellent fold out bed, cable tv, internet, and utilities. It is located just across the street from the old wall, a short walk to the center of the old town and a short walk to municipal parking and the Rhone river. The building and neighborhood were extremely quiet. The owner and manager were very helpful.

Tout était propre. Le propriétaire m'a contacté pour tous les détails concernant le studio, il y avait aussi un dossier qui explique tout. Le studio se trouve intra-muros, mais est très calme.

Les petits ennuis : Store de la fenêtre cassé. Problème annoncé peu de jours avant. Donc, pas d’obscurité. Dimension de l’enveloppe de la couette trop petite. Par chance, on avait apporté un drap de secours. Problème de mise en route du téléviseur, impossible de l’utiliser pendant le séjour.

Problème technique avec le chauffe-eau 9
Accueil par la personne chargée de nous recevoir excellent, tout avec elle a été parfait. Un souci important avec l'arrivée d'eau chaude et là malgré l'appel au propriétaire celui ci n'a pas daigné donner un signe de vie . Un filet d'eau chaude pour une douche pas génial. Alors un appel puisqu'il était avisé par la dame qui nous a accueilli était le minimum de politesse . Mr BEILLACOU est le propriétaire et ce n'est pas à Me PIQUET qui est chargée de l'accueil et de faire le ménage (,elle a 84 ans) d'assumer tout problème technique. A juger ce comportement pour la suite..
